As a volunteer guide, I delivered more than 84 hours of historical and cultural interpretation to over 50 international visitors at Gyeongbokgung Palace. I also mentored more than 40 new volunteers in commentary, visitor communication, and route planning, helping make Korean cultural heritage accessible across linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
